We are in the United Kingdom, one hour behind Central European Time and two behind Eastern European Time, so our working day overlaps yours almost completely.
Cover beyond that — a cutover weekend, a month-end run in another country — is agreed as part of the support arrangement rather than assumed. Ask and we will price it properly.
